• Outage/Turnaround Scheduler

  Summary
  Nelpro Project Solutions is seeking an Outage/Turnaround Project Scheduler located in Lakeland, Florida. The preferred candidate will possess expert knowledge of project scheduling software in conjunction with field experience in industrial manufacturing settings.

  Job Description

  The Outage/Turnaround Project Scheduler role will execute the development and management of Outage/Turnaround critical path method schedules for Nelpro Project Solutions clients, ranging from Power Generation to Chemical Processing Facilities.

  Responsibilities

  The Outage/Turnaround Project Scheduler candidate will work directly for and report to the Principal Manager of Nelpro Project Solutions. Projects will be either in Chemical Manufacturing or Power Generating Facilities during planned or forced outage/turnaround projects. The chosen candidate will work directly with the assigned client’s management/project team during all phases of project planning, execution and close out.

  Qualifications

  Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in the following (preferred)
    • Engineering, Technology, Project Management or Business
  • PMP Certification “Project Management Institute”, Project Management Professional (preferred)

  Experience

  • 7 plus years working in one of the following industries:
    • Power Generation
    • Chemical Processing
    • Manufacturing
    • Fabrication
    • Facility Maintenance/Operation
  • 4 plus years of Outage, Turnaround, or Project Management Exposure
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Scheduling Software

  Working Conditions/Location

  The Outage/Turnaround Project Scheduler will be expected to work at either a Power Generation or Chemical Processing facility. The expected work environment is a mix of general office settings and project sites within the assigned facility.

  Job Description
  As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Nelpro Project Solutions can service those needs. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, from the initial contact through the sales cycle to post-sale follow-up.

  Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Conduct sales presentations, showcasing the value of our consulting services
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their unique requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, interactions, and contracts in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments

  Qualifications

  Education

  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  Experience

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in industrial construction, engineering or consulting environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

  Working Conditions/Location

  The Sales Representative will be expected to work out of Nelpro Project Solutions Lakeland office and travel to prospective clients within several different industrial facilities such as power generation, chemical processing, manufacturing, industrial construction sites, etc.
